1. What estiM8r is

estiM8r is a field estimation tool for distances, fall, areas and fill using LiDAR on supported devices. It is not a certified measuring instrument. Measurements are estimates. For critical work, verify with a laser level or other certified equipment. On-screen verdicts compare numbers to a target you set; they are not compliance or engineering advice. Local codes govern.

2. Plans and pricing (Australia and New Zealand)

Prices are charged by Apple in your store currency. Shown before you buy.

3. Your responsibility and consumer guarantees

Nothing here excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 / Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot be excluded. Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows: estiM8r is an estimation tool; we are not liable for reliance on estimates; where liability can be limited it is limited to resupply or the cost of resupply.

4. Sharing — what is shared and what it does

When you use Trusted contacts:

You are responsible for what you send and who you send it to.

5. User content and acceptable use

You may create and send jobs, photos, voice notes, text and other material ("Content") to Trusted contacts.

You represent and warrant that your Content:

  1. Does not infringe copyright, trade mark, privacy, publicity or other rights of any person.
  2. Is Content you have the right to share (including employer/client site material).
  3. Does not include anyone's image, voice or personal information without any consent the law requires.
  4. Is not unlawful under Australian or New Zealand law.
  5. Is not obscene, pornographic, violent, harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise seriously objectionable.
  6. Does not promote violence or illegal activity.
  7. Does not exploit, sexualise or harm anyone under 18, and does not seek personal information from anyone under 18 for that purpose.
  8. Is not spam, malware, or a means of unsolicited commercial messaging.
  9. Does not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or abuse the app or delivery system.

You own your Content. AiOC claims no ownership of your jobs or media.

Because sealed jobs are encrypted to the recipient, AiOC cannot see Content in transit. You remain responsible for it. Misuse may lead to us blocking your access to Trusted Contacts / delivery.

6. Blocking and reporting

7. Sensible use

Stay aware of surroundings. Do not scan where unsafe or unlawful. Camera and microphone can capture other people — consent and surveillance laws are your responsibility. Pause if the device overheats.

8. Availability

Scanning needs LiDAR. Viewing a shared job works without LiDAR on supported iPhones. Offered on the App Store in Australia and New Zealand. We may change features; material reductions to paid features will be notified.

9. Governing law

Queensland, Australia, without removing mandatory consumer rights where you live (including New Zealand).
